Refund & Returns Policy

At Busy Bee Honey & Home, each order is prepared and packaged with care. Because many of our products are handmade, personal-care, or food items, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Food Products

For health and safety reasons, food products including breads, cinnamon rolls, honey, and other edible items cannot be returned or exchanged.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue.

Bath & Body Products

Due to the personal nature of our soaps, lotions, and other bath and body products, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

If your order is damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, contact Busy Bee Honey & Home as soon as possible after receiving your order. Please include your order number and, when applicable, photos showing the problem.

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.

Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

If a refund is approved, we will provide information about how the refund will be issued. Processing time may vary depending on the payment method used.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund is the result of an error by Busy Bee Honey & Home.

Local Pickup Orders

Please review your order at pickup when possible. If there is a problem with your local pickup order, contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve it.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Because some items may be made or prepared specifically for your order, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once preparation or fulfillment has begun.
